i saw this at a Pet Smart, had a towel on the pass. seat for the dog in the car. had a manufacture plate on it still and was missing a bunch of little parts.

I think it's a test bed vehicle. They're in final production right now, there's hundreds of them 100% built. This one is a test for something.. maybe a 6.4 Hemi, a gen II HEMI/Hybrid? Something.. mark my words
