Looks like I may be getting a new job, and was thinking I would like project/weekend car. Right now the MK3(hopefully a 92) Supra is at the top of my list. I have been doing a lot of reading at Supraforums and and Supramania, Do any of you have any experence with these cars? any advice you can give me? Car is going(hopefully) to be a 5spd turbo, all though I would like to possible to a 1jz or a 2jz swap down the road, so I dont know if I should pay extra for the turbo off the bat.

GM has confirmed that the Pontiac G8 will return in limited production as the Chevy SS, reincarnated from a Holden Commodore. The car will begin its life in NASCAR in 2013, available for purchase in 2014.

This was my first time being contacted about doing engagement photos and I was a little nervous, but was up for the challenge. I was even more nervous when I found out that this was not a re-creation of the event, but the actual engagement itself! The couple was very happy with the photos but I definitely see room for improvement.

Let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions, I'm open to hear them. My lens does not have a very shallow DOF so unfortunately that is the one major setback with these type of photos. I also know that a photos are not as sharp as they could be :\

I buy it solely for the single player story but I've heard and read that the multiplayer is extremely addicting so I'll prob give it a try. They apparently have found a way to make it feel really good and have great control for a 3rd person shooter but I believe that when I see it lol

What up all, just wanted to update on a event that is getting bigger and bigger every day. Pre-registration has already started and top floor got booked in 5 min. This show looks to be one of the biggest and most successful shows in the Chicago area. You don't want to miss this event. I will be covering the event and updating all. It's a one day show. It takes place in a Metra Parking garage. Very unique and different. It's been held at this location for several years. This might be the last year it's being held at this location due to the size of the show. It's going to be a great showing and can't wait to attend. Hope some of you guys can make it over to this show. You wont be disapointed. Afterwards, of course there will be partying and lots of boozing :-) So if you are planning on attending, hit me up and I'll try to answer what ever questions you may have. I knew of three other events the same day but chose to go to this event because it was totally different and not the usual style of car show that I attend so I wanted to go a little outside my comfort zone, so to speak. It was an all-British car show that was held at an estate right on the Potomac River in Alexandria, VA.

Videos and Pictures of My New Custom Exhaust

Since an aftermarket mufflers for my car are quite expensive (upwards of $1,200) I talked to Greg at Mandrel Bending Solutions in Pasadena, MD about what my options were with making a custom exhaust.

I was not concerned about making more power since the car is plenty fast for me, but I wanted a better sound and also wanted to save some weight since the stock muffler weighs 65 pounds. I also wanted to keep the cat so that the emissions wouldn't be affected.

What he ended up doing was removing the stock muffler, running two MBS resonators, then running that out to a set of exhaust tips that are slightly larger than stock. From the rear and side of the car it looks absoultely amazing. The fit is 100% perfect and I can't say enough about how great of a job Greg did...and we haven't even gotten to the sound yet.

In terms of the sound, it's way louder than stock during acceleration but while cruising it is actually very quiet. I was actually surprised how loud it was at some points (low RPMs while accelerating, like going up a hill for example). But we all know how weird and unique the E46 M3 engine sound is, and I was really concerned the rasp was going to be exponentially multiplied, but in all honesty Greg knocked it out of the park with the resonators he chose.

Ok enough talking. Here is what you guys really want. The first video is of the stock exhaust for comparison, and the second video is with the new exhaust installed. Just for reference, I do not have any other engine modifications.

So what I'm gonna do. Well I got 2m� (21.52ft�) of this.
I by new part to do it. I'm gonna do the side mirror covers, the doors covers (between the door and my rear windows), and (what is in wait, because unavaible for the moment), the engine cover. With all this, I might be able to do my rear diffuser (that would be awesome).
Project starting in June, during my vacation.
I miss a few things as small brush, clear coat, and 800 sand paper and 1200 water sand paper.

As soon as I heard that my fellow Eurowerkz members were throwing a third EuroFest, bigger and better then the years before I knew I had to be apart of it. This years EuroFest was held at Metlife Stadium in NJ on April 29th and despite some fairly high wind gusts the day couldn't have been anymore perfect. With reports of close to 3,000 cars it turned out to be one of the biggest Euro car meets on the East coast. I know I had a blast, so hopefully you will enjoy the video.

August 23, 2011 - Purchased in Gurnee, IL at a volvo dealer
(Only STi listed for sale near the state of michigan that wasnt an 05 with 157k miles in eastern michigan. 4 hour drive to get there, 4 hour drive to get home, and 4 hours because they had to replace the rear brakes, not do an oil change but claim they did, and detail it which obviously meant spray the tires with cheap wax and not even vacuum it because I found lollipop sticks in the doors and transformers DVD in the DVD player. - 25000$ with three year full extended warranty.)

August 24, 2011 - Detailed vehicle myself
(Included removing the previous owners girlfriends name from the front, 'Bajapanties' was turned to 'JAPAN' on the rear, vacuumed, bathed, waxed, polished. - Free!)

August 27, 2011 - Rims Powdercoated in Burton, MI
(Wheel Refinishers in Burton, MI is a great place to work with and for 400$ they fully examined all four rims, acid washed them to remove three layers of SPRAY PAINT from the rims, powdercoated them in stainless steel color. - 400$)

August 26, 2011 - Stereo Install
(Father arranged for subwoofers and amps to be installed into car into box with subwoofers put to trunk floor which wasted half the trunkspace with the other half mostly used with the box. Father also arranged for front and rear speakers to be replaced with 'something'. I told them they wanted kicker they told me they put 6.5" front and rear but I have no proof of brand. They only installed for two of the channels on my four channel amp to be used - 550$)

September 15, 2011 - Tune Up and Exam
(Preventative maintenance for buying a new car for me including new filters, new fluids, new spark plugs. I provided all replacement parts which is good because the spark plugs were the originals rusted in place, the oil was black and thick as sludge, and the air filter was hard as petrified wood. - 320$ in labor and all.)

(Dynamatted trunk area, ran upgraded kicker RCA's, ran new speaker wires, R&R over stereo amps and subs to find mistakes from installer - 420$)

Which wheels for my car?

I am posting this here because I know which wheels they'll say on the BMW-related forums. The first set is OEM M3 19" wheels that were optional on the E46 M3. The second set is OEM 19" wheels from a 7-Series. Let's assume price for wheels and tires is the same for either set. Which do you like more?

I think the first set looks "cleaner" and won't ever go out of style. Although they will be harder to clean and I don't think I'm crazy about the polished look. The second set is really popular in the BMW community as well as the "stance" community if you know what I mean, because of their concavity and measurements. They'll be easier to clean but I think they may look dated once everyone hops on a different bandwagon in a year.

Front – 19”X8”, 47 mm offset
Rear – 19”x9.5”, 27 mm offset

I'm gonna have 2 weeks of vacations (that I need to take before the end of May, but different reason, I had to take them in June with agreement of my boss!), and the 2nd week of vacations will be the same week as the qualifications and the races.

Harry Metcalfe is the Editor and founder of EVO, and owns a Zonda himself. Its probably why Mr. Pagani allowed him to drive the 760RS and all the other Zondas previous. Personally, I'd like the Cinque, but this 760RS is just crazy. That rear fin really sets it apart from the other Zondas.

Uncharted Trilogy "Movies"

Now, I don't sanction not playing these games, they are absolutely incredible and you should definitely give them a go. But, if you just want to sit back and watch each of the entire games from a cinematic point of view, check these out. This guy recorded and uploaded all 3 games with all the cut scenes and enough of the gaming portion for them to make sense, and put them all together to create movies of each game. The first one is about 2 hours long, the second two are about 3 hours long. So there you go, 8 hours worth of the Uncharted trilogy as if they were setup as CGI movies.

Unfortunately, the guy who recorded these only had a recorder capable of 480p, so while they are a little easier to download, they are not in HD. However, according to IGN, the online community has so much support for the guy, they are working towards getting him an HD PVR so he can do them all over again, lol. Hopefully it happens because I've always wanted to just sit back and watch the "movies" of all 3 games.

Quite possibly the least likely duo of tech you could compare to one another. But, FUGO Studios filmed the same short movie using the RED Epic, one of the best cinema cameras on the market, and the iPhone 4S, which isn't the best cinema camera on the market. In fact, its just a cell phone. Both just happen to come out right around the same time, which is how FUGO came up with the idea.

FUGO admits that, with more time, the iPhone result could have been better. But its not too shabby for a cell phone.

Okay, maybe not really legal to talk about this.
Anyway, so my PS3 1st gen friend 6 months ago. When it did, I get a new PS3 160Go slim.
I repair my 1st gen PS3 ti have all my data and saves. So it's working, but as it did a YLOD, it can do it again and I don't know how.
So as I got a time bomb sitting home, I was thinging of putting it to go use and jailbreak it. I know by doing this, it will be goodbye online games and PSNetwork for it. But I don't care. I just want to be able to play game, and I don't mind being offline actually.

Sad point, I've got the 4.11 firmware. Does anyone know if it can be jailbreak with a 4.11 firmware? if yes, where can I get all the software to do it?

You are cordially invited to attend the 2012 �Mid Atlantic MEGA MEET� Season Opener hosted by Performance Tuning (PTUNING) on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 12-5 pm. PTUNING (9432 Center Point Lane, Manassas, VA 20110) has been in business since 1998 and was added as a sponsor at the beginning of 2012. They are a 15,000+ square foot auto care and performance service center that can handle dyno tuning, touchless wheel mounting, custom wheel alignment, as well as general and performance parts installation services and maintenance. There will be live DJ performances, media coverage by Mischief.tv, and a highest horsepower dyno competition. Hamburgers, hotdogs, and drinks will be for sale and all of the proceeds will be donated to the St. Jude Children�s Research Hospital. Highest Horsepower Dyno Competition:

PTUNING�s state-of-the-art enclosed dyno facility is equipped with a Dyno Dynamics AWD (2400 whp steady state) quad retarder loading dyno. There will be two classes to include �All Motor� and �Forced Induction�. Winners are based on horsepower percentage per cylinder which basically gives every car a fair chance. 1st Place �Highest All Motor Horsepower� and 1st Place �Highest Forced Induction Horsepower� of the day will each receive a $150 gift card for servicing at PTUNING. 2nd Place �Highest All Motor Horsepower� and 2nd Place �Highest Forced Induction Horsepower� of the day will each receive a free PTUNING t-shirt. All participants need to be on site at the end of the event in order to receive their prize, or it will go to the runner up. Pricing is as follows: RWD or FWD is $50 with AFR reading + printout! Here is the new beast in my life! Picked it up yesterday after weeks of waiting for the title to come in. Its a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500 6.6L Duramax with the Z71 package, touch screen Nav, sunroof....full 9 yards. It is currently parked at my buddies house until i get plates for it ( i have the keys so he cant touch it lol). So far, i Love it! One of my buddies is buying my 05 2500 so it will remain in the group and i know he will take great care of it.
