NoVa cruise to IMSTAR 9/12

On Sunday, September 12th @ 7:30-8am there will be a meet at Tyson's 2 on the upper deck by Macy's for a Cruise to go to the Teckademics IMSTAR event at MIR. We will leave no later than 8am and will not wait. We will stop at the the Burger King off of 210 for breakfast.
I have flyer's for whom ever needs them and will bring them to the meet to get money off entrance fee. Bring your two way radio's and radar detectors as well. Please post If your are coming...

No but the stop we will be making will take at least 45min (that's how long our last cruise took). There will be at least 20-30 cars and probably twice that in people, plus while stopped there is a gas station across the street for people to gas up, buy cigarettes and what not. Plus you got all the Sunday church drivers that will hold us up. We probably won't show till after 10am, I've made this drive plenty of times.

I'm from herndon, and I'm coming with guys from Chantilly, Sterling, Centerville, and Herndon. They drive 300z TT, RX-7 TT, 2 S2000's (stroked 2.5L N/A and turbo), and many others.

I have never been to an Event there where there isn't a line to get it, and I'm usually there when it opens or alittle afterwards.

lol, screw that whole privacy thing.. hijacking threads is sooo much better anyway. It's exactly 60miles to MIR from my house, so i figure about an hour-hour+15 with traffic.. early morning on sunday.. especially one of the last sundays of summer, it shouldn't be too bad, but I bet there will be a little bit of beach traffic up until rt 5

Please get their early espicially people working at the event. Their will be plenty to do. Chris and Mike 8am! The rest of us will be there around 7am already. Make sure everyone knows about this and comes. Make some phone calls, get organized!!! Print some flyers from your computers or kinkos. We ran out of flyers already. Bring some so everyone gets a discount.
