We worked on installing a new clutch in The Banana last night.
And by "we", I mean Dan Lopez (Driftdeez) and Damian (GETERDONE) did
all the work while Dustin and I talked like old Mexican ladies and took pics.
First step was to take the old one out.
Dan slaving away under the car.
Dustin is either playing Tetris on his camera, or snapping pics of Dan in a compromising position.

You have a garage/office i presume? Thats pretty G'd out! Just turn around, snap some pictures, and post em up.

LOL! Me and dan were gonna "borrow" one of dado's Cadillac shirts and put it on ebay :) :evil:
The intake was taken off to get to the trans bolts.

My guess is so they could remove the CV and get to the transaxle better.

always a fun time replacing a clutch without a lift. 2 of my buddies and i + a 30 pack of beer had a great time replacing the clutch and tranny on his honda last year.

I've always found rebuilding motorbikes / gokarts etc is pretty easy, but for some reason I'm not game to touch a car. Mainly because you always end up with nuts and bolts left over, which matters a lot more with a car.
It's even braver drinking beer and pulling things apart, all sorts of hell can break loose. But given the way you were looking at his ass, maybe the car is the least of the problems there!

I think my next project will be a 1991 mx-6 gt turbo. Already has a bunch of shit done to it. Just needs minor head work (valve springs etc) and a front bumper. Fresh trans and lots of go fast goodies. Good friend of mine owns it and will give me it for $200. It keeps up with STI's. Think its a good investment?

Well, it is sitting in the driveway right now. I fixed the misfire it had, now I need to fix the ticking. I think it is the timing belt tensioner. Coming from that area. Lets hope. Still runs fine. I took it on a drive yesterday around my neighborhood. Fast as shit.

i caught myself eyeing up this stock civic for a race the other day on my way home from work, i then noticed me and the civic (racing at the time) get blown past by some STI and i realized i used to look for those STI's and EVO's and high powered camaros's and corvettes and such to race...

It has one in it, and it came with a ceramic coated one as well.
