I'm moving to Phoenix in the end of September and I'll be working there for my co-op for college for about 6 months. Does anyone know what kinds of stuff there is to do out there or know anybody that lives out there? I'm afraid I'll be out in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do, so any help would be appreciated.

Phoenix is pretty big...I'm sure you'll find lots of stuff to do! Fall-Winter is a great time too, weather wise. I would do some searching on Google for Phoenix car clubs/forums/websites.

I live in a little shit-hole called heber... about 114 some odd miles north, north east of phoenix. I occationally go down there, but there's not much to do, but you'll find something to keep you occupied. Go to scottsdale and hang out with all the rich folk or something...

I see a shitload of nice cars around here, especially on Indian School Drive, or road, or street (I'm still learning my streets around here) There are a lot of shops on that street. And damn it was hard to get around here tonight...with the presidential debate going on at ASU, there were cops and roadblocks everywhere. Another good thing I like about this area, the highways are smooth as hell! We need roads like this out in the east.

Yeah it's something that him and I have been beating around, maybe next year or something. We're going to try to get as many people as possible to come. Some people think that Arizona's a big pile of nothing, when there's actually a lot of stuff to see here. The trip is planned to make a stop at lake Powell, then to the Grand Canyon and so on. Ok more like a 5 day thing...

Looks like a fun trip. If you're not going to be able to it until next year, I might not see you guys since I'll be back in Philadelphia at the end of March. But it looks like a good time. I think this weekend I'm gonna try and get out to some of these mountains around here. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to doing anything physical, but the land out here is amazing, I just have to see more of it. Especially where I come from it's all paved and the closest thing you'll see to a mountain is when the snow plows push all the snow to one side of a parking lot.

It'd be cool, you can fly out and get a rental or whatever, if it can go above 60 miles an hour and atleast runs like it can drive 1070 miles it's welcome. There's no definate date set, even if we're going to really do it. Oh yeah, the mountain thing, if you get enough time (3 hours up/down) it's pretty mountainous and quiet up here.

Yup, I know where that is. I like the BMW dealership on Camelback because they have all those 6-series with 20's on them. The Cadillac dealership right next to it is pretty cool too, with the Escalade on the rotating platform up on the roof, like 60 feet up in the air.

I dont post much because im really busy but if youd like were gonna start meeting up again the first friday after the first of the year at the corner of Dobbson and Main. It a really good spot and the cops havent messed with us....yet. If yer not sure how to get there just take I-10 to 60E to the 101. Exit at apache and make a right. Everyone started running and driving away, and Brock and I got in his car and went. We were driving along the road and all of a sudden we start seeing brake lights. I been to Speedworld, it aint that far from where i live. But if i were you, i would go to the F1 Racing Factory, its the same as Speedworld, but way better. I went there this weekend, my damn car turned off on me, guess i was pushing it to hard, oh well.

It was pretty cool. Brock wasn't allowed to do the burnout contest because they cancelled it beacuse there weren't enough people so he ended up doing a huge burnout before one of his 1/4 mile runs. I'll have pictures up here soon.

Anyways, this past firday i was racing and i got pulled over, and lucky for me the cops jut gave me a speeding ticket sayen i only did 15 over the speed limit. But i asked them how fast i was really going, they said i was going 90 mph+ on a 45, on Washington and 44 st., i was leaving F1 Racing Factory, damn i got lucky.
