Hey fastbox, Duc749R, llegos, and 510, i live in Oakland, and also need some real tuner buddies (posers are annoying). I am going to go up to Pleasonton in the beginning of June to give my tires a "going away party". Mabie we and some other members could meet up there, and have some fun.

I avoid east Oakland at all costs, and when I do go to Oakland I'm not stopping for anything. I have a funny TGIF jack london square story, but it's long, very very long

laugh it up all you want but oaktown ain't that bad....and that fridays closed....so did spaghetti factory and el torito's....but there are some bad ass rides down there though....alot of scoobies and evos....a bunch of shatty looking civics with really long wheel studs...drag style shit....anyways....i'm glad we all have oakland stories...here's mine....at the runs...these fools in an emerald green escalade on 22's rolls by with like 10 people stuffed in this thing...doors open music blasting and they're dippin it...well idiot driver decides to whip a donut...unfortunately his front end drops after releasing throttle with wheels turned completely...suv rolls with doors open (nobody fell out suprisingly).....dudes truck slides right into the front of my civic...he freaks...his friends are totally pissed....he offers to fix the damage...a week later dude calls talking about the front end he "bought for my civic"....to days later this guy i work with is talking about how his friends car was in front of his place and somebody jacked his body kit...he looks at mine and instantly identifies it as his boys shit....i returned it to him and explained...we all laughed and i bought a buddy club II front end....hahaha....only in oakland...

ok wow. lol.

What happened at the gas station Ryan? Brothers playing with your pale ass?

First off, I'm from Oregon. We don't pump our own gas up here. I was mostly joking about the whole gas station thing, but it was still ghetto.

Oakland was my first stop for gas. I tried inserting my card 3 TIMES. It wouldn't allow me to do it. It told me to go to the cashier. I tried to open the door, and it was locked. I looked over and saw this huge black lady looking at me on the other side of the bullet proof glass. She tried to explain to me some ghetto way they do things where when it's dark out, you have to pay up front, and they refund you whatever is left. I finally told her "Okay $40". Then I had to do the whole "insert card in tray, sign paper, recieve card" thing. Then I walked over and was a rookie and spilled gas all over my freshly detailed car. This was like 1 in the morning. I later found out that I was putting my card in wrong...

Oh, and there were ghetto cruisers on the freeway trying to act all hard in their 70's Cadillacs wobbling all over the place with cut springs.
