I don't put front license plates on my cars because i live in a very leniant suburb. The cops are very nice here, they pull people over for dangerous driving. Not shit like no front license plate, nothing under 15 over, or having a beer at 2 in the afternoon.

But in case you didn't know the stats on the cars.

Both are AWD drive.

The Evo is a single turbo 2.0L 4 cyl @ 271 hp with a 5 speed.

The Volvo is a twin turbo 2.5 5 cyl @ 300 hp with a 6 speed.

Thanks. I wanted the Volvo cause I wanted something I could go out at night in or go out on dates in and not worry about them thinking I was a ricer tool because of my Evo. I love my Evo, it's just not for everyone. Besides, I drink and drive a lot. I figured, I should protect myself from all the other drunks out there with a safer car.

I am also a skilled person with photo shop, i know what im looking at.
Those pictures were taken with 10 second shutter speeds by a Canon SLR. It has the abiliity to take very professional pictures when you have a professional behind the camera. I didn't take those pictures. But the shutter speed is what causes the effects that you see. That's why I'm partly blurry and the cars are not, if you were so smart that should have been your first indication to a change in shutter speed. The light issue with the fender is because the fender is curved but the door is flat. Therefore it's catching light from an angle almost right behind the car where the door couldn't. Like I said. Since there is a slow shutter speed it's collecting light constantly from the fender where the door isn't collecting light, that why the fender appears to be a different shade.

They're talking about making a V50 R which definitely means a S40 R It would have about 260 hp. Hold out until they make that. Depending on how much power it gets, we could have another Volvo that thinks it's an Evo. :D


I think the VTEC on my S2000 was more addicting with the exhaust I had. You could really hear it when VTEC kicked in yo!

Yeah. I've seen it. Don't really care that much about it. I bought my Evo used with 4,000 miles on it for 26,500. For that price and mods that would make it equal $35K My evo would run 10s. So like I say about the SRT-4...... "Fuck an MR."

well, now that you have a nice volvo to drive around and not act all ricey, you should definatly do some stuff to the evo. Take out the back seats, upgrade the turbo, GO NUTS and make it faster. Make that car run 11s.
