So, this has got to be my best one yet, and I'm really surprised that my car could run with something like a NSX. I was getting my car washed at the carwash down the road from me. I pull in and the people start doing there thing. I look in my rearview, and see a black NSX pull in behind me. We both get our cars washed and as I'm leaving, he floors it by me, so I followed him onto the highway. From second gear, I stayed even with him the whole way (up until about 100mph). I was so impressed with my car! And to say he was a bit shocked is an understatement. He probably thought I just had a GTI. So, yeah, good day. Too bad I didn't have anyone with me to film it.

Do u have anything done to ur R32? Not like it really matters. A stock NSX is in the low 14's for 1/4 time. I'd imagine that ur car's time would be comparable. Wonder what year and tranny he had? NSX's went from 270 hp (5 spd) up to 290 hp (6spd)....Early model automatic versions put out slightly more than 250 hp. Nice kill regardless. It's always nice to beat a car that's more than twice the cost of urs.

This is why I feel that NSXs are stupid.

They're not exactly a supercar.

No offense to your car, but this proves my point.

If the dog of the AMG high-displacement family can smoke an NSX, and it is half the cost, obviously the NSX sucks.

If a 350HP 6500rpm redline(I think that's what it is?) front-rear 3800lb Sedan can beat a 270hp 8000rpm redline mid-rear 3000lb "supercar", something is wrong.

I still think NSX's is a cool car. I'd drive one. The NSX is one of those "status" cars. Not necessarily the fastest thing on the road, but u gotta respect it...I guess it just funny. We sometimes have notions in our heads about certain cars, just based on their exclusiveness (is that a word)?.....When in reality, they're not all what we thought they were (in certain respects)....No offense to any NSX owners out there. In my area, i'm more likely to see a Viper, or Ferrari over a NSX. They are extremely rare & that alone makes them special.

If by dog you mean old and slow, look elsewhere, cuz then we can go back in time w/ 300E Hammer, C36's etc. Sure, compared to the new AMG's, mine is slow.

Compared to the new AMGs and new engines, it's a dog yes.

In terms of "newer" AMGs, it's the "dog car" in terms of big displacement.

are you nuts? youve obviously never seen one corner or do any sort of handling then, because they are considered one of the best handling cars ever made. for a r32 to keep up with one though, thats pretty cool, whats done to your r32? errr the r32, my arch nemesis

Right now, just an intake, exhaust and motor mounts. It's going to be chipped soon. But, yeah, I was surprised that I could keep up with it like I did.

If I had about $25k-$30k for a fun daily driver, I would get an NSX. You can do a few mods and get to about 300 BHP and have a car that costs nothing to maintain b/c it is a Honda.

Brand new, I think they were around $32k. I paid $26k for mine and after trade, it was $11k.

Nice kill just off the fact that the NSX is alot more expenssive than the R32.
