Not Noodles?
LOL no..... People call me Noodles because of Ramen Noodles. My last name is Roman and since its so close they used to call me Roman Noodles. Then I just shortened it to Noodles for the web. Strangely enough I was at a concert yesterday and the radio station had me go on stage and eat Ramen Noodles against other people.

I like everything, but I really like stuff that's special and rare. Well ok so Sushi would be special (not rare...well except for that it's not cooked lol), so I dig it, but I like gourmet stuff :)

Right now, what I"m craving, is that bad ass burger I had in Vegas. Goddamn. Here let me cut and paste the little review I wrote about it :P :D

----------------
Las Vegas, July something..forgot when. I was staying at the Luxor, and wandered into Mandalay Place, a shopping center between Mandalay Bay and the Luxor. I was looking for food when I spotted Burger Bar. I thought eh, why not, but I wasn't really feeling it...until I saw that they had the "Rossini Burger."

Not any burger...no....a Kobe burger.

Kobe? Japanese meat. That's some expensive beef. Because Japan's land is small, the cows are very small space to move...so how do we get them to exercise? Well shoot, let's massage them by hand! And for their regimen? Hey, how about some Sake!

That yields to a marbling (fat/white stuff) of the meat that is beyond any US top grade beef. Simply put, it's the caviar of beef.

Freaking expensive as you may imagine.

So what's on that Kobe burger? Well, let's start from bottom to top and see how it was stacked up:

-Madeira sauce (added to the bottom bun by myself. It comes w/ it on the side).

-Kobe patty (it's actually said that the kobe beef is a wrong choice for a burger because the meat is too soft....fcku that, it's good sh!t! )

-Seared fois gras. Yes you read right!

-Truffles. Surprisingly in good amounts. I was surprised that they didn't skimp out on it. Same for the other ingredients.

Simple burger by the amount of ingredients in it, exquisite by the ingredients that they are!

The damage:
$60. After tax and tip $75.

Oh and you do get fries with that, and a "chocolate burger" for dessert.

My ratings (out of 5 stars):

Stomach contentment: ****_
Quality:*****
Price:***_ _

Would I do it again? HELL YEAH!

For the record, I wrote this for another car forum :D
