Hey guys. Just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Putnam county, NY and was directed here by my BF. He said it's a great place to get some new ideas for my car and talk to some ppl who are just like us...car obsessed. So I have a 2001 VW Beetle. 2.point.slow. She is my work in progress. White with black leather interior. I tinted her windows, 15%, installed my pioneer head unit and am in the process of getting some wheels and possibly a carbon fiber hood. let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions. Engine mods are a must in the not so distant future.

Welcome! If you want to see some sick vws check out beyondthequarter.com. They have some in their dvd that smoke Ferraris. It's a pretty cool dvd, a lot of exotics, Lambos, Ferraris...etc. If you haven't seen all the teck movies I suggest you do that first. Buy the box set and some popcorn and watch them all in a row. Sean I don't know how you tolerate pushing other dvds but I’m confident the army will stay intact.

There're these identical twins that graduated from my high school last year. One has a really worked up 5.0 Mustang (white with ugly blue stripe, and a Jaguar-like Mustang hood emblem), and the other has a New Beetle that's a 5-spd. It's pretty funny, because they try to look cool in their cars and they're both total douchebags, and everyone knows it.

lol...I always get some kind of weird answer to that question "do you have a name"...This kid said it to me one day and i looked at him kinda weird like wtf do you mean do i have a name, everybody has a name. It was just weird. The fact that i prob wasnt sober either made it a lil more weird. But ever since then ive been sayin it people sometimes just to see what they would say.
