wtf? The KA24e is the SOHC 2.4L 4cyl that was found in the 89-90 S13 240sx. Is it also a BMW engine code, or did he for some reason decide to swap IN a KA24e?

no he did not, i think he has that motor b/c his 2nd car is a 89 240sx, that he and i swapped out the ka motor, the bimmer still has the striat six motor
