Well, sure, why not? It IS the Honda/Acura sub-forum after all. My sister, sometime in late April, bought a 2004 Civic LX. I have ridden in it, and driven it, several times. So, if anyone was considering buying one, here's my opinion and review:

The interior is nicely set-up, with decent room and comfortable front seats. I personally think the insturment panel is very nicely done, and very visable. The sounds coming from the radio are nice and clear, with decent bass for a stock car. Trunk space is sufficent for most daily situations. Plenty of room for groceries and such. The back seats do fold down if needed. When driving, the cars prevents no unwanted blind spots (other than those all cars have). The ride is fairly comfortable with wind/road noise being decent (depending on how loud the radio is ;)).

The engine provides decent power and Honda reliablilty. As a grocery getter, this car can perform flawlessly. Gas milage is superb, and handling is pretty decent. If you opt for the automatic transmission, you will love it. The shifts are flawless, and can barely be felt. Overall, the car is great for anyone who needs a car to get them around with few pains to their wallets.

Pros:
Excellent fuel milage
Comfortable ride
Honda reliability

Cons:
Won't win any on-ramp races with freeway traffic
Wind and road noise can be excessive

Of course, i'm no expert. This is just my review from my own experience with this car. Being a huge car buff, I usually observe little details in cars that others may overlook at first. So if you are looking for a good cars (for your spouse, kid, or yourself) that you can rely on, save money with, and not have you pull your hair out..i'd say newer Honda Civic LX is a good choice. And, if I remember correctly, the price isn't so bad either. I'll let yall look up any performance numbers, because those are easy to get. An un-biased, honest car review sometimes is not so easy. ;)
