Nah, keep it stock height. Those LI/NYC streets can be real bumpy.

Its all about the practicality. Its a shame though when it clashes with looks sometimes. That car would look good lower, but I don't think the streets would be friendly to that car after it gets lowered. That, and when I put the jack under my car to jack it up and change the oil, if it was lowered I don't see how I would have gotten the jack under there, b/c it barely fit w/ the WRX being stock height.

yeah, I'm debating lowering my car.. but I really want to get the strut tower bars and stage one springs for improved handling..

I actually used to have a showcar that was dropped 3.5" with coilovers and it wasn't too bad even with the bad roads. The main reason I haven't lowered it is because its a lease and with the 19"s, it might rub after I lower it and I dont want to roll the fenders.

That red looks darker than any red SLK I've seen, could just be the pix. I generally just see silver SLKs.
