Nassau County, NY cracking down on unpaid tix!!

This has been on the news and in the papers and such. Anyone who's gotten a ticket in Nassau knows that you have at LEAST 2 years to pay it before getting your nominal late fee....they are a bit behind :p They are cracking down hardcore. They are offering 50% off tickets issued between Jan. 1, 1995, and Feb. 28, 2003, if not paid, you're put on the "Boot and tow" list, and next time you park your car, could be your last :p They are sending letters to those with unpaid tickets, and you have 30 days fom when you recieve it to pay. Too bad I pay all my fucking tickets on time...I could've gotten a nice discount if I procrastinated like the other ticket evaders!! :madfawk: Pretty good deal if you ask me!

Darn, got my ticket on June of 2004. They still haven't sent me a notice on having to pay it off. [paranoid] Oh well, they can't tow my car, 'cause I don't own that yellow piece o'shit anymore. :p
