so who all has x-mod cars? what do you have? what have you done and post your pics.

i have a yellow Nissan Skyline GT-R.

mods:
- stage 2 drag motor upgrade
- stiff suspention upgrade
- head/tail light kit
- black w/ silver lip Finn racing rims
- full wild Bomex kit
- carbon fiber hood w/ teck logo

and i also have a orange Nissan 350Z.

If you want a small little r/c car get a HPI Micro RS4, will run you about $200 but is AWD and is a real R/c car.

I got a Black Skyline R34

Stage 2 drag motor
black rims.
medium springs.
4.5º toe in
soft slick tires
bearing kit w/ teflon sprayed on them
Light kit
AWD Kit
Teck logo on the hood.

They are $50 for the kit at RadioShack. All upgrades are pretty pricey. def go with the Stage 2 motor, Im workin on a custom motor. took a bunch of electronic classes and im gonna mod it. I will post the Schematics when i get it done. you would be suprised how fast they are for there size.

damn, got enough stickers??? a few to many for me. and i'm not crazy about the half yallow, half silver skyline. did you paint the tires on the nissan silver too?

Yeah, I noticed a better roll. I soaked mine in a Teflon Spray lube.

yeah i painted the tire on the skyline but it did not turn out so nice. the rsx is a little over bored with the stickers but the inside is realy nice, its all custom nothing is stock in it and it has brake discs i got off a model car. i will post pics of the and my nicest skyline.

Lol. Thats the exact one we ran over. Poor little guy never had a chance but gave a good fight! The funnest part about those cars is putting them together and the cool case they come in. But the Controls kind of sucked and the thing was only good for drifting on smooth concrete. Other than that... Destructo time! But Cool non the less!

last night i god an idea to switch the lights in my car around so that the red lights where in front, i did it and it looks cool, the front of the car looks like it is glareing at you, kind of an evil look. and the tails still light up red.

lol I didnt do it with an xmod, I just made my own. Got some sick ass wheels and frame. Then just attached a little motor and 9v battery.

Holy shit dude that site is intense. All I did with mine is attach motor (that was actually right next to the xmods at RadioShack) with rubber bands to axle and boom it goes faster than I can run at top speed. If I wanted to spend more time getting gears and belt with teeth it would really go. Only problem is the tires spin for about 2 feet until it gains traction lol. It spins at about 11k with load

I'm a monster trucker myself, all Tamiya. Currently, my fastest is probably about at 20 MPH with dual motors and 6 cells. The future for that one is a 14.4 ESC and 12 cells... But I run my Clod mostly.

I don't have an X-mod car, but I have an HPI Nitro RS4 2... just about every part on the car has been upgraded to carbon fiber or aluminum with a .12 Novarossi racing engine.

Unfortunately, it's missing from Chris' house.
