I picked up a new weekend toy a few months back. It was pretty much stock when i got it, first thing does was sort the stearing and suspension out and just finished the engine and wheel swap. Then ive got a cage to fit sitting here, and ill look at locking the front diff. Then i can go roll it :dancingna

Yeah it flexes pretty damn well with leaves, I was expecting worse. I want to 4 link the rear so bad. And 3 link with panhard up front. And D44 up front and D60 in the rear.. the wishlist goes on and on. Right now though its fun. Got 5.38's in both axles, welded rear, 5:1 transfer case gears, SPOA with missing links on all corners. Wheels pretty damn well. Just gotta find a trailer for it to bring it up to the Rubicon and Fordyce.

Sweet mate, mine still gets used as a back up when the other cars are broken so i cant go to hard out or the cops will be all over. But with a exchange rate atm, im going to pick up some lockers, chromos and transfer gears. 5.12s should be sweet with 31's, need a set of claws or something. Wranglers arnt cutting it with the mud round here.

Yeah, are the police strict about fender laws and lifts on trucks in Australia? That would be good, lockers and transfer case gears make such a difference in wheeling.

My body lift is illegal, as are the shackles(cant be extended), tyres (cant be bigger than 28"), engine(not complianced). Max legal lift is only 50mm. And a tyre sticking past the guards is a big defect. But in saying that, I dont drive it where I know there will be police. Got all my new canvas fitted up so i can get the exo on.

Nice, looks good. My ignition fried or something. Came out after work and no lights would turn on, no click of the starter, cluster panel wouldnt even light up or anything. I'm guessing its ignition because my battery is good, had auto parts store test it. What do you think?

Mine had issues with the switch in the back of the ignition barrel, ended up filling it with some CRC and it worked. Try chuck a meter on the back of it and see what its doing, check if it has power going in then int he first place and if it does look if it has power going out. All igniton power is postive as far as i know.
Exo is also fitted up.
