Ok now I know some of you are from pittsburgh and will vouch that you know more than your fair share of people that had to buy new rims because of pot holes. I you proboly also have enough stories to fill a book on how many times you've almost rear ended someone because they decided to slam on their breaks right before the tunnels. Even when the roads are nice people still stop at merge points and merge at stop points. WTF is going on in this town.
Anyone know a place that is worse. Feel free to add your own stories cause I know I got a free I get fired up about. [packin]

pittsburgh has def. the worst roads - probably the worst drivers.
I remember driving home from south carolina, passing through all the states the roads were so nice and the moment we crossed over to PA they just went to shit it was unbelievable.

I try hard to avoid them because of my bent control arm, but it's SO HARD after it snowed here. The potholes are HUGE, and I don't want to try and dodge one, and then hit an oncoming car.
Last year going to Pitts. for bimmerfest, I almost lost my engine.

Pittsburgh does have shitty roads, but OHIO has the worst drives.
GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE LEFT LANE ON THE HWY.
all they do is sit in that left lane all day. Its so annoying. I just blow by them at 100 or so in the right and scare the shit out of them.
So if you live in Ohio and don't follow state law saying only use left lane to pass I will go by you at 100+. Get the fuck over.

You knwo what i think that has spilled over into PA too. It is so sad that you have to have a state law that states you can not be in the left lane for more than a mile if you are not passing someone. The worst part is someof my friends do it and I'm always like WTF mate!!! They are just like W/E but they are usually passing peopel so its not that big of a deal but I know what you are talking about.
Espeshally on 279 going to pittsburgh i used to inact the "right hand rule" where it ended up it was considerably faster and safe to drive the whole way in the right lane than it was in the passing lanes. I mean most of the tiem no one was in them!

Yup. There are alot of mental midgets with driver's licenses that get on the Parkway and try out moves they saw on the latest NASCAR game/race. Just because you bought a black Monte Carlo doesn't mean you can drive like Earnhardt! Fucker...no amount of "3" stickers will help you either. And the bigger the SUV, the smaller the driver. Same with trucks. It is funny as hell. All of them add up to bad driving experiences and then the roads are terrible as well. When I go into MD, I get so jealous, I don't wanna come back. I have know people to break axles going over bridge/road metal "ties" if you know what I mean. That strip that goes fromthe road to the bridge before you get on it? Plus, what is up with the shit they paved the NEW roads with? Falling apart like 5 years later. SuperPave my ass!
whew....that was alot of bitching for one dude today...

PA in general has the worst roads and shittiest highways.

I HATE PITTSBURGH ROADS.
I was in my friends car when we hit a pothole and we had to get the car towed because it had 2 bent rims.

I wouldn't say that the drivers are bad though because they are impatient
AT LEAST THEY KNOW HOW TO MERGE!!!

Speaking of merging, there is a ramp that i come home on everyday i work that leads to route 28. By the time i am at the bottem and ready to merge i am usually going about 70mph. Makes it easy to just pull into traffic.

Now if you can just explain that to the rest of them we'd be good.
