I bought a 40gig Fat just over 2 years ago when Wal-Mart had the offer where if you bought one they gave you a $100 gift card. Slapped a 160gig 5400rpm drive in it. Also I hope this doesn't jinx it but I hope mine never dies cause I don't like the look of the slims. Track record is good though. My PS1 still works as well as my first generation PS2. Never even had to send it in for the disc read error lol. Fingers crossed on my PS3.

60 gig fat in my living room and a 250 gig slim in my bedroom. Got the 60 gig when it first came out and have been really happy with it. I still prefer to use the regular sixaxis controllers over the dualshock 3 controllers. I've got 4 of the old controllers.

Haha I still have the box my ps3 came in in my closet. I had to carry that damn thing all the way home because I didn't have a car at the time.

i just retired my 60gb ps3 although it still works perfectly

but because best buy fucked up when my gf bought me the $100 move bundle for Christmas and when i went to pick it up they gave me the ps3 with move bundle instead so i transferred everything from the old 60gb to the new one lol

I still got the 40gig fat I got when GT5 prologue came out... looking to get a slim one now to put in the bedroom so I can watch movies and play there if the gf is watching some crap in the living room

I buy it used out of ebay. I wanted the first gen because you can play PS2 game on it, new one you can't anymore!
I guess the guy before me used to smoke, it was smelling cigarettes all the times I was playing for the first week.

Only reason I bought it was GT5, then I buy NFS : Hot Pursuit because that was a classic to me. Now, thanks to my brother, I got WipeOut Fury HD, and he hand me to try God of War 3 (and he got 1 and 2 that I'll try as well!)
