Videocard Question

Hey guys recently when watching movies or TV shows on my comp the screen will look all blocky for a second and then clear up. It never used to do this though and I was just wondering if maybe it's a sign my videocard is about to give out or what else you think it may be? Here's a screen shot of what it looks like;

Again it'll do this for a few seconds and then go back to normal. The problem is it's starting to do it a lot.

it sounds more like a video codec problem or something, check to see if you have your divx and xvid codecs up to date

Could be a codec or could be a cooling issue. when the GPU over-heats it can cause distortion and pixelization.

Hmm maybe it is a codec thing. I experimented and found it only does it with certain HD files in WMP but they don't do it with VLC.

Thats cause you're trying to play it in WMP :P VLC > All
