I recently posted my kill of a Blue SRT4 I raced back in august. Now as a 27yo man, not saying I didnt beat that car but now realizing maybe it wasnt an SRT4 since I just raced a SRT4 almost 2 hours ago. I work in Jersey city and live in Toms River I basically put a 100 miles a day on my car round trip. Since my Z is getting tuned I have to drive my 04 M3 (stock). A co-worker of mine just traded in his 01 Prelude Type SH for a black SRT4. Since we both take I95 to GS Pkwy I wipe my ass with his prelude once a week or everytime he puts some performance crap on his prelude with my z. Talking shit at lunch we take it to I95.
In and out of traffic until we got a little stretch I stomp the gas looking to embarrass him and tellin all you SRT4 owners on this site to :kissass: . I take a look over and there was that fucking Neon going with me at speeds touching 125. after slowing down in and out of traffic again I downshift to 3rd(really taking this race serious now) I stomp the gas redline 3rd quick into 4th and again that damn neon was there now touching130 to135, I wasnt pulling on him the way i thought i would. At one time he got through traffic better than me and when I got out I didnt catch him until him until the next bunch of traffic. We did this until I downshifted into 2nd then lost grip at the tires and almost hit a Magnum. OK my M3 will slap my z anyday of the week and if that SRT4 can match speeds with me I'll have to bow down.. No bullshit, all I know is that the blue neon I raced in august had coilovers with a high ass wing with dual mufflers. I hate those fuckin SRT's. when I get my z back, well see.
