I know it isn't a car, but hey, it still took some doing. I was trying to show my inlaws what they could do with their house with a mild budget and The pictures that I was using were all of different resolutions, so I applied a "poster edge' Filter to give it that handrawn feel.

New Front Door, Garage door, driveway, removed and added plants and other landscaping, added to roof, changed chandelier, changed siding color.. some other little things here and there. All this technique can be applied to cars as well. The key to using photoshop successfully is understanding the layering system. Get that and you can do anything.
