when and where is this? how far of a drive is it from NoVA?

Its on the north side of Baltimore. Probably 75-80 minutes from Fairfax in good traffic.

its mostly older cars but there are some tuners. i met a guy with a 12.5 sec 220 (ithink) hp 91 civic. told him to join teck east and he said he would. so thats good. it was great to night. there was a 7 second camaro a guy had trailerd in i WANT THAT lol
