Looks like fun dude! Regarding a license....
Every New Jersey resident who operates a motorcycle or “trike”
must have a New Jersey motorcycle driver license or a motorcycle
endorsement on an existing New Jersey basic or commercial
license. One exception exists: The operator of a three-wheeled
motor vehicle, equipped with a single cab that has a glazing
around the occupant, seats similar to those of a passenger vehicle
or truck, seat belts or automotive steering, is not required to have
a motorcycle endorsement added to their basic automobile driver
license, and is not required to wear a helmet.
Edit: http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/Licenses/Motorcycle.htm (The above is from the Motorcycle Manual pdf)
So it looks like you do need one.

The Question to that is does NJ label it as a Motorcycle. In MD thats a scooter and you don't need a license. In MD your good up till 150cc w/o a motorcycle license

2) Scooters
Street-legal scooters, not the toy variety, must be registered and titled with the state, regardless of motor size. These vehicles are treated as motorcycles and will be tagged and titled as such during registration. They must meet safety requirements, and pass an emissions test, and you'll need to provide the manufacturer's certificate of origin or the original title signed over to you. Be sure to take along the Bill of Sale and proof of insurance.
So I guess you still need a motorbike license.
Can you get a DUI on a scooter if you don't need it registered or need a license for it? Or on a moped? Apparently you can't get one on a horse..

I read about a guy getting a DUI on a horse just recently. And there was that guy that got a DUI on the motorized bar stool. :-)
I thought anything under 50cc didn't require registration, but maybe that is in Nevada. I guess every state could have a different rule.

Yea I looked it up. You dont need a license if it is a MOPED. And a moped has pedals, which this doesnt. So you DO need a license.

Actaully my friends friend had gotten a DUI on a lawnmower. NO Joke.
Hmmm... I'll have to look into it. Could be cheap transportation to the bar. Just park around the corner so I don't look like a retard. :) That and stick to the community trails so I don't get hit at night. :p

The red lip on the wheels, is it reflective tape? My friend put reflective tape on his bike, I think it looks SWEET....

No doubt! I was pushing my mates bike along while he applied the tape to the front wheel. Rear wheel was cake....

yea, the front wheel on the left side i couldnt get it to stick at one spot. so theres like a 6" gap of no red. i have to re due that one. i think from touching the adhesive w/ my fingers caused it to lose stickyness.
This one is better Rob :naughty:

Very Nice man.
Candy blue gets that reaction from people, but I have a few decals missing which I'm waiting on so it looks a little bare at the moment. Those pics were taken after I got it back from repairs after taking it for a little slide, only minor fairing damage caused which I am thankful for. Anything worse then I would be collecting from insurance and looking for another bike.
