This is my current Daily Driver. A 2001 Yukon Denali. Since I've gotten it all I've done was redo all the tint and have it detailed. Oh, and I also removed all the stupid antenna's on the side glass. It had three of them on there when I got it. As with anything I've owned I usually try to not do much to them but that never happens so we'll see how long I can go without changing anything on this one.

Anyway. Here's a few pics of it.

Cool, do you still have the SS or did I miss something?

No, you didn't miss anything. I still have the SS but it's usually in the garage now. I just felt like changing my sig for a little while. I've had the Yukon for about 4 or 5 months now.

I'd love to put some 20 or 22's on it but I kinda like being able to drive through town without anyone knowing it's me since there's like 50 more White Denali's around.

I have been thinking lately about getting some black 22's or something to that effect. The more I see Rob Dyrdek's Tahoe the more I start to like the Storm Trooper look.

Well, I broke down and ordered some black 22's today. I'll post some pics when I get them put on. I hope they turn out looking good.

Now chop that stock muffler off and put a flowmaster super 44 in its place

Gotta get brakes first for the bigger wheels. Just ordered a set of stock replacement drilled/slotted rotors for now to clean up the look.

Here's a pic of the new wheels. It's dirty right now but this was the best I could do for the moment.

I'm not even 100% sure what setting I used but you can make out the new drilled/slotted rotors in this pic.

I've decided I needed to sell at least one of my cars so I decided to keep the SS over the Denali. It's an '01 with about 112,000 miles if anyone is interested. I'm asking 12,500 for it.

Bob808

You just mad it HAWT and you're selling it? :bigcry: Is ok, I know you'll replace it (some day) with something just as cool :D

Don
04-08-2009, 10:38 PM
Yeah, I have a problem. I modify them a bit and end up wanting to sell everything and start over on something else. Although this time me selling this is so I can keep the SS since car sales really aren't great and my bills will be piling up in a few months if I don't do something now about it. Just planning ahead I guess.

I sold this a couple of weeks ago. I already miss having it around.

Wow...it took that long to sell it?? Damn

Don

It only took me about a month to get it done. It's not to easy to find someone with cash to pay outright for an 8 yr old SUV with over 100,000 miles. Financing isn't easy to get either with those requirements unless you've got the credit as well.

Yeah, you're right. Too old for most banks to give good financing. Glad you found someone though. Now I've got to start thinking of getting a little car to commute, but can't afford much. lol What a crappy economy! lol
