Im very late aswell finally joined after lurking for a good while. Very nice SLK, I remember seeing you in the Verde Ithaca Murcielago last yr at the Penninsula hotel when the players run came through Chicago. The SLK55 is extremly nice the exaust note is the best of the 55's I think next to the SL.

I hate this weather aswell... I hate the midwest Miami is where its at. Warm weather 24/7/365 driving all year rounnd, beachs all year round. Makes you want to live longer

Its my favorite Lambo color.. Bentley Gold coast has a Verde Ithaca roadster right now in there downtown showroom its drop dead gorgous. The roadster looks perfect in that color in my opinion. The SLK looks great, are you going to find different HRE's to put on or just leave it for a while now that the 20's did not fit. Im really considering the c55 now I love AMG's and there exaust note and agressive styling.

How does the SLK handle compared to the Murci or Gallardo. ?

No, The 65 edition wheels are smoked.. I will photoshop a 65 type wheel. These are the 19" AMG 5 spoke design. Exact as the 65 but without smoked center.

Wierd that they told you that.. There 19's I dont see why they wouldnt fit. There not really model specific they can fit ont he C-class so im almost positive they will fit the SLK.

I don't really want to get wheels from the Benz dealership. I guess that Tire Rack told me that those wheels weren't available for my SLK yet because the wheels that fit on the car are so tiny. The tires/wheels that are on it now are 7.5 x 18 front and 8.5 x 18 rear! Soooo cute and tiny. :)

Yeah, dont ask the Benz dealer. Before I bought my 19" wheels, I requested a quote from a Benz dealer here in Michigan and they gave me an outrageous quote. I got mine from Globe Motor Sports from out in Cali. They had the best prices. Good luck!

Those wheels dont look to bad the other stats are the most impressive. I dont like body kits besides AMG but those kleemen wheels dont look to bad I seen them on a CL600 recently.
