I am from PA, but my cousin lives in Frederick MD and my cousin was in a bad wreck. He had to get taken to the hospital in a helocopter. Just wondering if anyone down there heard of it. It was bad. He broke arm and ribs and hurt his spine. His went off the road and hit a tree. He was speeding

Which road was it on? I live somewhat by Frederick, but that place isn't exactly a small town anymore....its gotten built up over the last few years. Its very possible that they airlifted him to Shock Trauma over in Baltimore or down to a DC area hospital.

My aunt lives in Frederick and works at some big Hospital in that area. You're talking about the county hospital. If the State Police rolled in there with their helicopter, its standard operating procedure to be airlifted to Shock Trauma or down to DC...the only time a helicopter shows up is if its real serious.
