Front page idea?

got this idea from b20vtec.com...

how about each week, or 2 weeks, a forum member gets there car front page. have a thread to post up your better pictures, and admins/mods pick who gets there car in that spot. the way b20 does it, every week a new member's car is put up.

just an idea, let me know what you think.

I think what we'll do is have people create threads in a ROTM forum which will be a Garage forum child(we'll start with month since there's only so many rides ;) ) with a universal format and hold monthly votes, and then move the winning ride's thread into a forum that will show up on the main navigation as "Ride of the Month", and will look like the front page news ( http://www.mischief.tv/ is generated by this forum: http://www.mischief.tv/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=93 )

I'll look into mandatory thread formatting.

Created the Member's ride section. People can create their threads in there. There's 3 required fields for now, we can add more later.

We'll figure out the 'top 3' cars and pull the RotM out of hat and then put it in a dedicated ROTM page.
