koRn's "Another Brick in the Wall" Cover

Gosh, I like koRn, but some classic songs should not be touched. Has anyone else heard their version of Pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall...it's garbage IMO. Opinions?

I actually like KoRn's version, as well as the original. I used to be a real hardcore KoRn fan (I'm going to stop typing KoRn like that) but when "Issues" came out I stopped liking them (their new stuff at least) but then when "Take a Look in the Mirror" came out I was pleasantly surprised. I think that's their best cd yet.

i aggree that Korns new cd's are improving, but that cover is garbage..they should start covering songs that arent so legendary, something they could actually pull off lol

They shouldnt have touched it. But I deffinately LOVE pink floyd. Korns got some ok stuff. I think they've gone down hill though.

But on the other hand the Word Up cover wasnt as good
It down right sucked....im a huge fan of Cameo so to hear it cut up so bad was disapointing

I liked the cover of ANother Brick in the Wall. I like Korn and i love Floyd. My parents long time fans of Floyd thought it was a great cover and did the song justice.

korn is teh shit and so are their whips. i like all of their CD's but then again i listen to whatever song i feel is good. i dont judge the whole album. i just pick out the songs i really like instead of going through the cd and be like "oh i hate this CD tracks 3,4 and 7 suck"

I thought Another brick in the wall was a good version...it kind of modernized it..Although the original doesnt get old. Some people have a hard time knowing that something cherished has been altered. Change can be good.

So I just listened to the new Korn cd, which I haven't listened to in a while. Their cover of "One" by Metallica is amazing. I love this song. Yeah, just wanted to put that out there.

Yeah what's that all about? My roommate just told me about that tonight. Apparently he "found God." Oh well, good for him. They won't be the same without him though. I saw Korn in concert twice and I have bought every cd they've ever put out, and Head was a huge part of that band. Korn is definitely in my top 5 favorite bands. Head will be missed. Hopefully they can find somebody...........fuck the beer is fucking with my brain and I can't think of anything meaningful to say

well if head found god maybe he will make some christian music that wont completely suck, but yeah their verision was like listening to a whole new version of it which isnt bad infact they nailed the guitar solo which is awesome IMO.

Ditto. I love listening to Korn, but there isn't one particular album I like. There are just a bunch of songs of theirs that always find themselves a place on my mix CD's.

There are a lot of people that like that version more.........and a lot of people that still don't know about the original song. Just like the "Faith" cover by Limp Bizkit, or "Behind Blue Eyes" by LB, or "Blue Monday" by Orgy.......and a bunch more that I can't think of right off the top of my head.
