Need to get rid of subscriptions

Everytime I post a reply in any forum it emails me everytime someone else posts a reply in that forum, how do I get rid of this? I went to user cp and I can put a "no email notification" on each forum I post in but, is there a way I can do it with all of them? it's drivin me nuts having to do that with every forum I participate in. Thank You.

Go to User CP, under 'Settings and Options' choose 'Edit Options'. Then the 2nd section down - 'Messaging and Notification', under 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' choose 'Do Not Subscribe'.
