its just because of the flash. it made the plate light up. it even made the tail lights light up.

The Plates are sopposed to light up with a Camera Flash, We got Cameras on our street intersections for people running red lights. Ya, wonder why they got accord on a del slow... maybe they had an accord and got a del slow, then changed the tag registration. I would have just got a new tag... GHEY!!! lol

All the theories are funny and all but really does anybody think that even the most hard core Trash Ricer would be that stupid. HAHAHA @ the guy with accord on a del sol -- Its clearly Photoshop, the letters arnt even on the same tilt as the car is.
