Avatar Problem

Is anyone else having issues when trying to change their avatar? When I hit Save Changes it goes to a screen that says Upload of file failed. I tried with multiple different pictures just to make sure the one I was using wasn't too large. I don't know what's wrong with it does this happen to anyone else?
