I am putting Falkens on the C32 Tommorow..
After Toyo slept on my calls, I decided to call Falken.
A week later I got these..
265/30 19 and 235/35 19 GRB FK 451

Should be a different drive, I have been on Toyo T-1S for the past 4 years..
Toyo has sent me at least 8 sets of free tires, but I needed a change...

I have Falken Ziex ZE 512s up front too.. 215/40/17 (my BfGoodrich Gforce KDW2s in the back are still good, not too mention that the first shop that I had try and mount the falkens couldn't do it and I ended up putting a hole in the sidewall trying to help get the tire off the machine. :(

Hmmm...I dunno...I still love my Toyos! I had some Falken Azenis on the Yatta for a while, but didn't ever feel comfortable with them on the track so I got T1-s instead.

haha good explanation Juice....im running Azenis Sports on my drift wheels and Azenis ST115 D1 Sports on my 18's......they also just put out a new drifting compund called the RT-215......somewhat between a drag radial and a drift tire......lots of smoke and super sticky.

There is a built in "rim protector" the tire sidewall extends out a bit where it meets the rim to keep the wheels form being scratched.

yeah that happens when you stretch the tire on a wide rim.....looks better in my opinion.....its actually better in my case for drifting.....you have a wider rim but less of a contact patch for better sliding action, plus you can lower the car alot more to clear fenders etc. Ive got 225/40/18 on a 8.5 up front and 255/35/18 on a 9.5 in the rear

See now...I just don't understand this "get new tires for drifting" thing. Basically I spend $$ on high performance tires that are supposed to keep me glued to the road, following the line like I'm supposed to be. If I'm sliding sideways then I'm either A) driving beyond my abilities/conditions or B) my tires need replacing..

Yup, the Euro style looks good. I am running 245 on 9" fronts and 275 on 11" rears.
