Who wants a Project car?

Car is a Ford Taurus SHO located in NOVA. my neighbor is trying to get rid of it. Blown motor, but the rest of the car is in good shape.. I dunno what he wants for it, but I think he'll take just about any offer.

Yes, he'll take any car except a ford exlporer w/ 157k miles on it.

But I'm sure he'll accept money for it though.
