Just to let everybody know about how the police is structured in Canada...

Provincial Police = U.S. State Police

Mounties (RCMP) = FBI

City cop = City Cop

FOR REAL! canada is like one big wilderness! You guys will be flying down the highways, i'll be taking my time off road, and i'll prolly beat you guys to it.

Just to let you know, we don't really use provincial police, the RCMP usually handle it...

The RCMP are going to be all over your asses, along with the regional police forces. He in southern Ontario, the cops will fry you asses, and if they get word of this Cannonball run coming through town, the will have cops every 100 feet of the road as they did for the national Darknights car show. The majority of the popo's cars are Crown Vics and Impala's, sure you can run them to an extent. But they will haul out the Z28's with LS1 with tiny light bars and grey "police" decals on the white car so you can hardly tell its a cop, these cars will give yall a run for your money.

The Cannonball is donating money to the RMP...

Paid Off bitches..

Boxer4PSI

Paid off unless the Cannonball causes a wreck or a bunch of the guys total their car out on the Trans-Canada Highway after flying into a moose doing 120+

One thing u guys have to remember about the Trans-Canada Highway is that in most places its only a 2 lane road once you leave Ontario. The Trans-Canada is NOTHING like the Interstates we got here in the U.S.

People have gotten pretty lucky on these events so far. for sure..
Dado is a legend in Europe right now..those roads suck.

MorningCruiser

I've driven the road between Calgary and Toronto five times each way, there's still a six hour stretch that scares the shit out of me at night...

It's too dark to go more than 140km/h and far too windy, but it's got too many wild animals in it to go any less than as fast as possible...

The RCMP being paid off does nothing for you, highway patrols are minimal here... It's the city cops that will cause problems, especially out west (if it goes out west, which I presume it will)... Out east? They'll just impound the cars instantly...

Your biggest thing to fight will be our highways, most of our highways aren't suited for going 180km/h on, nevermind 180mph on them...

Most of the Trans-Canada is divided, which is good, but it's still in terrible shape...

I wish everyone luck, and I will see you all on the rally!

:hello:

CBR Team never give route info to anyone until the start of each mission.

Hence Police/Authorities will not have time to mobilise.

By the time we come through it'll be too late!

Exactly! Why doesn't everyone understand this concept? Plus it has never been done in Canada...well an event like this.

They are comming over this month and plotting the route, then they meet us in the US and go to HIN and then they bring the Skyline here to Cali..
