How do I post pics?

I want to post pics but i dont know how to do it.

You can use a lot of websites to upload pictures, I myself use www.imageshack.us

it should look like this

(img)http://www.sillynanny.com/(/img)

but instead of parenthesees use brackets ----> [ ]

so if I am using photobucket all I have to do is (img)http:.....blah...blah.com(img) but replace the () with []???
