A friend told me about these forums, just thought I'd come check them out. Seems like a pretty cool site. Now for the good stuff... I drive a 1994 Honda Civic EX (EJ1). Right now it's GBP (Granada Black Pearl) soon to be NBP (Nighthawk Black Pearl). I'm currently in the process of totally redoing it.

Here's my logic. The S2000 is the fastest Honda car. The Prelude is the second fastest Honda car.
The Viper is the fastest Dodge car. The SRT-4 is the second fastest Dodge car.

Alright, here's the logic/rationale. Almost every car company has its Civic.

Ford Focus = Honda Civic.
Dodge Neon = Honda Civic.
Chevy Cavalier = Honda Civic.
Toyota Camry = Honda Civic.
Nissan Sentra = Honda Civic.

The small compact budget family car that people feel compelled to soup up. Am I wrong on this? :P

And an SRT-4 is hardly a Neon. Wasn't this discussion brought up before? An SRT-4 is to a Neon like an M3 is to a 318?

Just because car manufacturers all make somewhat (depending on your judgment) sporty subcompact cars, doesn't mean they are all copying Honda. People feel the need to soup up Grand Ams and Accords too, along with about every other make and model.

SRT-4s are doing well at what they were intended to do... attract younger enthusiast buyers. But they are still subcompacts... with a nice turbo, FMIC, and a host of factory upgrades.

No, no no no, I'm not saying they're copying Honda... I'm just saying, that's their equivalent. A sporty looking, low powered car that people buy and soup up. I could also say that the Civic is Honda's Cavalier, or that the Focus is Ford's Camry. :P
