Peter from ISP Racing and I organized a last minute Christmas Eve run. Our original plan was to meet up at Deepak's house in MD then drive to the mountains along Rt.70. We wanted to avoid all the last minute Christmas shoppers. 10 minutes after leaving Deepak's house, we get chased by the police. We decide to end the drive. Our shortest drive ever!

Deepak takes his Gumball Porsche on the run too. It still has the Gumball stickers on it, lol! I forgot to take pics of it. He finally found tires for his LM ($1800.00 a tire) and it will be coming along with us to events in 2007.

Peter recently bought this Viper GTS racecar. His planning on turbo-charging it soon.

Sorry I couldn't make it, but in the end, I guess it's kind of a good thing if cops were involved. ha

^ we live in the DC Metro area, that wouldn't be very fun at all. New Year's Eve means more cops on the road than you could ever imagine.

Yep. Just heard on the news, more cops for New Years. Speeding around the DC area is stupid anyways. You have to head out about 30 minutes off the beltway to play around. Less traffic. Less cops.

Pirelli is the only tire company that makes the high performance off-road tires for the LM. They just ended production so you can't get tires for the LM anymore.

I haven't been in a Z06 yet but I know they are fast as hell!

I sold a new Z06 to someone in Louisiana but he opted to pick it up at Bowling Green so I never got to drive it. :(

I did get to drive the '05 Viper I sold to someone in Boca Raton, FL. It was pretty peppy. :D

How much power are they suppose to have? I don't know very much about those.

Starting 07 by loosing a driver licence will be no fun.
And driving 30 min out of town is crazy, assuming the guys take a few drinks to celebrate.
Starting the NY with some donuts is a nice way to start!!!

How come no other tires manufacturers don't make perf tires for the LM?
Even Michelin or Yokohama did not make some?

There were only 300 LMs produced. There isn't a big demand for those tires.

Yeah, it's not like those guys drive thousand miles a year!!!
Good luck to him to find some.
