OK, I browse the for-sale section quite often just see what the market for things is like, but there are people who actually buy/sell things here. At the rate this board is growing some structure would be nice.

Absolutely no spam here, we are not going to bother reading it, nor are we interested in your crap. If you think it may be spam, don't post it. Period.
If you do not plan to conduct business in a timely manner or at all, do not post here, we will go to great lengths to find you and destroy whatever reputation you may have by screwing one of us over. Don't think we're joking either...
That being said, your ad should include the following:
The title should accurately describe the ad.
Description of item to be sold.
PICTURES of said item.
PRICE of said item.
Note: having a detailed description does not void necessity of pictures, and vice-versa.
With these things included, it makes less work for you in trying to figure out who is going to buy your stuff because you won't get 10 e-mails asking for a price and/or pictures. The better your ad is, the better chance you have of moving your merchandise.
