I was surfing over at www.streetsourcemag.com and saw this:

Photoshoots in Phoenix!

I'm going to be in Phoenix this weekend for Novemberfest and we are planning on doing photoshoots Saturday. If you feel your ride is good enough to be in the pages of SSM email me at Garrick@StreetSource.com with a link to your vehicle profile and I'll get you information on when and where.

I know it's short notice...and you probably should be a member of Street Source to do this, but what the heck! They have free memberships by the way! OH, and do a search for "Phantom Cruiser" over there and see my profile

Thanks for the info! Do you have any idea where this is gonna be? There are 3 car shows I know about, and I'm going to 2 of them.

Ummm....not exactly. I would email Garrick (he's a cool guy BTW, went and got me ice cream at our last show!!) and ask him. I think there is a thread in their "shows/events" forum regarding Novemberfest. :bigok:

Thanks. I sent him an e-mail. Maybe he'll buy me ice cream too. :joke:

He sent me the info. Thanks Sassy! My Saturday is going to be busy, in a good way. I'll check out the photo shoot, then go to a classic car show mid-afternoon, then the Battleground AZ event Saturday night. WOO!!!

Here's how the day went. I arrived at Grunion Fabrication at about 12:30. A few guys were just hanging out with their cars & trucks, and about 1:00 the guys from Street Source Mag showed up. They said that they were going to meet up with a few other guys that were already on location of the photo shoot. We all drove about 10 miles north to where all the other cars were. It was their photo shoot, so obviously I couldn't take pics of the cars and trucks like they were, but I was able to snap a few as we were driving.

That Civic HB looks clean, but the others look so ghetto...

Yeah the Civic was really nice, carbon fiber everywhere. I would have liked to take better pics, but it's not like it was a car show :) The pics I took were real quick because I didn't want the guys from Street Source getting mad at me. The station wagon, even though it's ugly, was what the photographers were driving. It had airbags and at one point on the highway, they slammed it down going like 80 mph and shot sparks about 20 feet behind them. It was awesome.
