How do I put a picture in my signature?

Hi guys and girls...

Im new here and just noticed that most of you have a large pic of your car at the bottom of your signiture that appears each post...
Just wondering how you load that in as the avator pic can only be 70X70 pixels.....

Under UserCP, go to signature on the left. Insert an image by linking it from a different hosting site such as http://Imageshack.us

Insert Insert link here in the signature box to create a link to the image. You can also use the buttons above the text box to create the IMG tags.

Make sure the picture is equivalent to or below the forum guideline of 500x250 pixels.

how do i resize a pic?

i mean...i have the newest photoshop...so you would think i would be able to do it...especially since i made the sig i already have up in like 10 minutes from a pic i found on google...but i just cant for the life of me figure out to resize the pic of my car

the best i can get it to do is crop it down...but that deff does not make it small enough
