OK So I just reserved on room at Le Centre Sheraton in Montreal QC for the 7th - 12th of June 2007 they have very few rooms left for this weekend I have 3 people confirmed and paid up coming with me.
I chose this hotel because it is 2 blocks from all of the clubs and on the street where they have all the exotic cars at night. It is also 1 block from the metro which is the best way to get to the track for the races.
If you wish to come with I will need a second room (if your gonna stay with us). Room rate is:
Rate for 07-Jun-07 to 12-Jun-07
Rate Plan: GRAND PRIX WEEK-END 639.00 in CANADIAN DOLLAR per night
(amounts to $538 US currently)
Taxes
TOURIST TAX 3.0 Percent Per Room Per Night NOT In The Rate
PROVINCIAL 7.5 Percent Per Room Per Night NOT In The Rate
GOODS & SERV 6.0 Percent Per Room Per Night NOT In The Rate
If you plan to go email me, message me, call me, comment whatever asap. I can only afford to reserve one room beacuse you have to pay 3 nights in advance and it is non refundable. (about $2500 US).
room for the whole trip is about $3800 ca = about $3400 us
One room is good for 4 people thus : about $850 us per person.
this dose not include tickets to the race which are $100 ca for general admision and anywhere from $200-500 for grandstand seats. for all 3 days.
I have requested the information necessary for media passes though I think it will be near impossible to aquire, I am still gonna try. Besides I still remeber the good spots from last year.
So start the list, I figure we probably have at the longest till the end of next week to get a few more rooms at the Sheraton. I prefer groups of 4 ;D to keep cost as low as possible.
