okay... goin down main drag on south side of indy. Was in a construction zone and this jeep pulls up next to me and says. "do u really think ur 4 banger can match my v8?" at first i had no intention of racing, but after that remark who could resist. in my defense and as a warning i told him it was turbo'd and he lets out an errogant "psh"
We had about a mile and a half of construction zone left so i played it cool while he tried to get me to go on a scarred up road. no thanks.
We get out of the construction zone and roll up to a stop, he is talking on his cellphone and i overhear him say something about whooping up. so i take off just like i was on a leisure drive and he guns it, so i gun it.... when i hit 3rd gear i hear a loud BANG BANG. I look around frantically to see if it was my car. not me. analize the source of the noise it was him. at first i thought his engine had blown which would be funny and ironic. but i look over and its leaning to one side. Turns out he destroyed his left tires on a curb. he pulls off almost immediatly. and i turn around once i had a chance to slow down. go back to him looking at this.....
