Delaware Court today, help me out guys...

Alright, I know this is kinda last minute, but tonight at 7:30 I have court in Delaware. I have no clue what assholes they are there so I am just tryin not to get my license taken away. This was in August for theFunk masterr Flex show. Basically a cop pulled my friend over then told him to call me and have me wait, between the fact my car kept stalling and me bein sick I was already stopped waiting for my friend to meet up to go home. After about 1 1/2 the Trooper finally shows up and is rude as hell. Then he writes me amandatoryy court date. No fines or way out. The ticket was for 'careless driving' and 'impeding the flow of traffic'. I for once was actually obeying the speed limit and staying on the roads. We passed by 4 cops who never pulled us over. Apparently they got a call, notdescriptionss or anything and he never saw us do anything! When I went to the arraignment they said that I would have anywhere from a $15-30 fine for 'impeding the flow of traffic' and $75-150 for careless driving. I am just wondering what else I can get, points and all. Could they suspend my license? Or even just in Delaware?

From what i've learned about Delaware(and I live 15 min away), they're not big on giving out points, but they sure as hell like to fine you. They usually just want the money. Although if you feel you were honestly doing nothing wrong, then i would certianly fight it! Anyway goodluck man, and just maybe you might be able to get PBJ(probabtion before judgement). But I don't know the in's and out's of that.
