View Full Version : Suggestion for the car talk subforums..

I'm not sure exactly why they are split up they way that they are; right now (with a little over 100 members) splitting the car talk forums has the effect of spreading out the users a lot - some areas still have no posts.
Seeing as how the entire teckademics concept really revolves around cars, and modding/performance interests most of us, I think we should combine them into a general car talk area. I suppose it's a little redundant from the OT area, but I noticed that some posts are being moved from the OT forum into areas where they really don't need to be moved.
If someone has a question about detailing their ford mustang, that DOESN'T MEAN it should be moved to the domestic section - the topic is regarding a subject all cars have in common, I think moving car posts should only be done when it's regarding in-depth technical questions (granted it would be moved into detailing anyways.. that was just an example.)
Even then, moving certain threads cuts down on activity a lot.

Yes, it's teckademicseast.com, not carforums.com.. but I think things could be changed a little. :thx:
