Genesis Emulator + Roms

Friend sent me this the other day, by far the best pack I've gotten. This one includes over 100 roms. The emulator allows you to make games so you can play them online against friends. You can also take screen shots with it, and a whole lot of other things.
If you have any questions just ask me and ill help you out.

What exactly are you having a problem with, opening it, extracting the files?

emulators seem to make my computer lag, but thats because i usually have a ton of other things running like PS which takes up alot of RAM...I could always change that but then PS would run slow as hell.

Im having trouble loading games through it. I have the emulator open, and i set up that US, JP, EU thing. But i cant figure out how to load games. hit me up on AIM or somthing
