2002 Subaru WRX FOR SALE

Hey my buddy has a 02 WRX for sale...he has to get rid of it because the college we go to is really expensive...he's selling it for exactly what he owes on it. There's nothing wrong with the car...it would make a great project car to tune. It has the standard 227 horses, with Turbo and All-Wheel Drive, and still has six years left on the factory powertrain/turbo warranty.

$16,600 is what he owes...and that's what he's asking. Either that or you can take over payments. He dosen't care which, he just has to get rid of it because he OUT of money. We're an hour east of Memphis.

Please help him out!

A couple of questions...
How does it still have six years left on the factory warrenty? And how many miles does it have?

The factory warranty has expired...the powertrain/turbo warranty was renewed when he bought the car a year ago. There's technically 5 years 10 months left on it that covers the Turbo and the Powertrain. It has a little over 57,000 miles on it, all highway mileage.

Then he should lower the price. You will always lose money on a car. Keep in mind, that car probably lost $5,000 as soon as he drove it off the lot.
