This is my car currently:

You can see the chrome trim along the bumpers and doors. The grill is silver as well.
I'm thinking of blacking it all out as seen in this picture:

No i won't do black rims, I'm keeping the bling.
Anyway, What would you do? Black out the chrome trim and grill or leave it be?

The thing is I'm getting that Wald kit as seen in the all blacked out pic. It's more agressive than my previous Brabus kit.
Oh here... the thing is that the rear bumper strip and front bumper strip are super big.
Here is a pic that someone took of my car while sitting on the parking lot of the shop I dropped it off at. It's back on its stock bumper form. As you can see, the rear chrome strip is big.

Another thing is this pic. It's in Indonesia or Japan, dont remember where, but anyway, it's the same year car as mine, and look how it looks w/ the chrome grill/star :)

I don't mind the mouldings, but I really don't care for the look of the blacked out grill.

I don't necessarily think it will look cheapened. I think the grill looks more aggressive black, but with the wheels you have, I think the chrome grill looks better. What about keeping the black grill and blacking out the mouldings and stuff?

My choice would be to keep the grill as it is atleast. The other chrome trim looks ok to but not bad as black either.

i love that black on black look..but it only looks good on specifics cars..i dont think u should.. keep it how it is.how about darker tints?or have u thoug of having mirror tints, like my car?

MY tint is freaking dark. The pics are brightened up so it looks lighter, but it's 22% all around. And mirror tint..no. lol no thanks.

Mike, i say keep it like it is. the grille, moldings, door handles and rims all accent each other. As Ryan said, all black looks kinda cheapened.

Yeah 5% is limo tint right? Here in Maryland they're being mighty ghey about tint, so mine's only 35%(legal limit).

Pretty much :) Last time a piggy put that machine thing on my window he goes "5.....the limit here is 74" I said "Oh, ok. And?". I didn't say it rudely, but I hope he didnt think I was about to pull $200 tint of rather than pay a $45 ticket :rofl: Yeah it's dark and dangerous, but doesn't it look bad-fucking-ass? :hitit:

yea it looks good..over here they give you a warning first.1 week to take the tints off. if not you pay a fine.i been lucky no piggies have ever stop me for tints

Must be nice, i've been pulled for my 35% that is legal and even has the little stickers on the windows that the popo put there once it's been inspected. Personally I think it's just a reason to pull me over, hoping i'm DWI or something along those lines.

yah im poor yah so what :asshole: . And yah Long Beach Paul. His mom drives the s2k and his mirage is at rotary secret. The engines in the dash is in the control arms and brakes and 5 lugs are in but the drive train isn't, he has a 240 tho with sr now :asshole:

the supra is a 1998 and was bought in california meaning it is a non turbo (I've got my plans). RIght now its running on Volk GTC in Gunmetal. That's why i told you to go gunmetal on your wheeels cuz they look super slick on black. And my car is blacked out since its 1998. Headlights emblems everything. The only chrome I'm sporting is the exhaust (greddy mx) and the lip on the GTC, and its got a greddy front lip. I got some blitz sideskirts im going to put on and im pllaning to do some top secret rear skirts and rear diffuser but right now im spending most of my time and money on the 240. I wanna get decently deep into drifting. Once i get my new suspension in (ksport with custom spring rates) and my tension rod (got tein tie rods wiaitng to be put in so i can do a full alignment) and some money for wheels and tires then imma start hitting up some ddays and what not.

Oh yah and if you see my 240 right now it looks more than beat ! hahahah i got more stories and zipties on that thing than my supra ever did ! and i've only had the 240 for 3 months
