Help me with cropping a sized section from a pic pleaseee

I have a ton of old shots that i bordered up and deleted the originals, now im trying to cut the border out of a few and have them blown up a little for my room.

The problem is alot of them are like for example, 800x600 (the shot itself) then with the border its i think 835x635....now is there a tool to input 800x600 and like a box would pop up to crop the shot out of the border? or do i have to manually eye it up and cut the pic out?

just open the pic and change the canvas size to 800x600.

Ah awesome thanks alot...i know i always delete them!

I need to start burning them to CD after every shoot so i can save room on my computer....
