tC vs. Civic

So my friend and I both got new cars towards the begining of the year, and ever since then we really wanted to race but never go around to doing it.
Well Monday rolls around with alittle rain and we decided to do alittle race. So he kicked my ass on both of the races b/c I was blazed like a moofoo and couldnt comprehend the gears.
Then yesturday came and we raced, and I smoked his ass.

By the way the two cars are a 2006 Scion tC stock(me) and a 2005 Civic si(friend)

I know really bad astory but I thought I would let you guys know.

alright i ain't saying i have the best car or the greatest or nothing but my hyundai is NOT a 18/19 second car i am running mid to high 14 which still ain't nothing to brag about not in the least BUT it also ain't nothing to frown at, its a small 2.2L I4 which is a not that bad of an engine, and i wasn't saying that i was all in the "kill story" stuff but i just thought it was funny to race a car not EXACTLY slow, i was doing 100+ at times, which yeah is pretty crappy when compared to lamborghinis ferraris prorsches and stuff but compared to walking and biking its a whole helluva lot better. so yeah we might not ALL have super race cars and can run low 5s or anything but don't hate on people just cause they like to have fun with what they have.....[/ranting]

i am just stating it as one of the many cars. and a stock hyundai elantra or whatever DOESNT run 14's stock....... at all, and thats why i say these damn 18 second cars that brag about either, racing in the rain, racing on medians passing people in traffic, racing some bmw while the bimmer is on the cell phone not knowing he is racing etc..... im sorry but its stupid plain and simple.


and have fun doing it just dont post these kills. thats my opinion, i have kills all the time in my car but most are not anything special so i dont post them.....
