Mods:
Greddy evo2 dual exhaust, tinted tails, red calipers, interior neons, diamond plate mats, s2k style antenna. New (not shown): Tuscani emblem conversion (wheel caps - front/back emblems) Panasonic in-dash moniter + dvd headunit, b&m short thorw shifter
Spring plans:
RIPP MODS SDS Supercharger (300 whp!!)
Veilside front/back end
So what should I get before winter? I got a couple hundred and im debating between an 8000k HID Kit or a sweet set of gauges (totally black faces until car is turned on - then the numbers light up white), tuscani door sills, and other small accents. (I have like $350-400 which is the cost of the hid conversion kit gauges are only like 150)

its a joke ! :)
Its actually Tib-er-on but where im around (pittsburgh - yinzer town) people pronounce it like that.
Its a 2.7V6 and yes it is FWD which SUCKS. I'm never buying another FWD car but since I can't sell it - I'll keep it. FWD isn't bad for dragging but it's not so great for tracking.
Im thinking about kitting it instead of lowering it - it's gotta be a daily driver
Anyway i need some advice!! What do I do right now? I got like $400 and I cant decide between an HID kit or a new set of gauges and a bunch of interior accents?

I test drove one when they first came out. 11 miles on the clock. The sunroof broke. lol. Another arrived on a tow truck with 150 miles on the clock while I was there. yeah. lol.

it isnt awd in japan or korea. But in korea they have some sick twin turbo kits for the V6 and the I4 its unbelievable how popular this car is in korea. There are so many awesome kdm tibs with big-ass intercoolers and turbos it makes me wonder why there arent any in the states yet. There was a video I saw where they had a 2nd gen tiburon (the curvy one with the integra style headlights) that had 2 turbod engines in it that was AWD. One engine ran the front wheels and one engine ran the back wheels each engine made like 250 hp or something. I heard it was able to beat a bpu skyline - but if you got 2 friggen engines I hope you can beat a skyline lol.
I've had mine for almost 6k miles and the only problems ive had have been my own fault.

to answer ur question...HID...ull be glad u did...or rims... as far as lowering it doesnt change it from a daily driver...just means u have to be more careful

Im starting to lean towards HID
Anyone know of a good conversion kit for 8000K? Do I need to go with a tiburon specific conversion kit or can I just get one of the ebay conversion kits?
